The Divisional Playoff kicks off in Kansas City, as the Chiefs will host the Indianapolis Colts. The Chiefs reached the top of the entire American Football Conference this season behind the breakout story known as Patrick Mahomes, throwing FIFTY TD passes this season! The Colts enter as the hottest team in the league, and their roll continued with their road win against the Texans on Wild Card Weekend. The Chiefs look very strong this year. They usually do between September and December. January, however, is another story; has been for a quarter-century. The Chiefs are among the most historically cursed playoff teams in recent history. No matter how well they do, they cannot get over the hump. Even worse, they can't win playoff games at home. Now they have a new star in Mahomes, and he has great weapons with him. However, they still have Andy Reid as coach, and I see more woes for KC. Prediction: Colts by 3 #1 |
