Too bad to hear. She’s pretty and did a good job I thought.

Guessing Fox News hasn't changed that much as they claimed.

She filed a gender pay complaint? I am guessing she was well payed and this comes off as a way to try and trigger a lawsuit or settlement to not have to work. I liked her too but she dug her own grave here.

IMO, the only difference between FOX & many other companies is that the are big enough to get the headlines & deep enough pockets to pay off. ;)

Lots of other companies have deep pockets. The difference with Fox is that their crappy treatment of women began at the top with their CEO and made its way down from there. Matt Lauer and Charlie Rose for example weren't influenced by top brass with crappy behavior at their networks.

Filing a gender complaint is digging your own grave? It's standing up for your rights. Even if you're well paid you shouldn't be paid less for your work than a man with comparable qualifications.

Melissa had opportunities at Fox she didn’t have at CNBC
Unlike Liz Claman, who never bad mouthed CNBC, Melissa did
Not saying she isn’t right about her complaint but she hasn’t been happy at either network

Wrong. If that is the case than every woman on OUT# would be suing. She is not hosting a show like Hannity or Ingram. If you don't want the job somebody else does.
