A shout out to those who worked the entire decade. The News biz can be rough and a number of people who start out in the biz are gone either tired of the biz and/or found jobs outside of the biz, or grew a family and decided to do something else. Also a shout out to Gayle Guyardo whose morning show anchor at WFLA in Tampa. She retired in March 2010 to start at infomercial biz but came back about eight months later where she still there.

Erin Andrews even though the decade started not in a great way for her still dealing with that :censor :Furious . She did Dancing With The Stars and she did well there (finished 3rd) and ended up hosting with Tom Bergeron to finish the decade along with her duties for Fox Sports on the first Fox NFL TV team.

Courtney Friel on being over 10 years being sober.

Yeah, it didn't start well for Erin but she came back even stronger and dare I say even more lovely than before. Her career did not slump, rather the opposite actually. Plus she got married too.

Also she started her own clothing line before the decade ended.

Hopefully its successful for her. She already has a net worth of $22 million and earns an annual salary of $2 million so she's doing very well for herself.

She was on a local Philly sports show prior to Fox News.

Brooke Baldwin staying on air and relevant through alot of issues at CNN.

And as many of you know my love for Heather Nauert. Even though she left Foxnews for a white house job, she still kept ties with the network and coworkers.

From one of the most beautiful NASCAR reporters to one of most beautiful SportsCenter anchors.

Jade McCarthy: She was a sports reporter for NBC 10 in Philadephia in the late 2000s, she later joined NESN for couple of years, then she joined ESPN where she became a fan favorite SportsCenter anchor for few years before she was laid off by the network, then she joined NBC Sports Boston hosting Opening Drive at the time. Now her next move is still up in the air pondering whether or not she'll return to ESPN in the near future.

Heidi Watney: She started the decade at NESN as a sideline reporter before she joined MLB Network where she became a host and a fixture on Quick Pitch.

Julie Alexandria: She started the decade at MTV for a while before moving on to Fox Sports, OK! TV, and appearing on Wendy Williams. Now she's a correspondent for La Vida Baseball.

Guessing Jade is a free agent? It's a shame ESPN let her go.

I agree. Ed Werder who once laid off by ESPN in 2017, rejoin the network just last year. I would see a history repeating itself if Sara Walsh and/or Jade McCarthy rejoins ESPN in time for the upcoming football season.
