Britt has some issues it would appear. See how this plays out as both sides are digging in for a fight. I think Britt assumed FOX might cave and settle but that isn't happening at this time. Her TV days are all but over on the big stage with this move. |

She apparently learned little from her last major public blowup -- the verbal abuse thing with a parking attendant, while still at ESPN. Wouldn't be surprised at all if she got herself in with Fox with this kind of plan in mind all along. The woman is just toxic -- and must think she's a cat with 9 lives or something. Well, career-wise, she's burned through 2 of them in short order. What network or station at this point would be stupid enough to give her a go at number 3? . |

That did cross my mind that she had this angle all along. Reading the tweet from the other person who was on their show paints Britt to be a needy type who was the one looking for attention. Following her on Instagram she never can keep a man and now is clingy to some dude who keeps his account private. I guess if she had a law degree like Tamara Holder she could go back to practicing (Tamara is toxic to TV now and Britt is just a journalist) so to me she is all in on winning this lawsuit. If she loses she goes the way of Andrea Tantaros. |

Andrea Tantaros is probably the blueprint of what not to do. She went through three law firms and rejected as many settlements probably looking for the money Gretchen got. Andrea had a difficult time looking for a fourth law firm then represented herself to no surprised the judge threw out the case. Britt listen to your lawyer. |
