You've got to admit, GMA Day was a pretty stupid title for a program. It's no where near the concept of Good Morning America. And it airs every day anyway, so the title seems monotenous. Strahan and Sara seems cookie cutter along with other names like Kelly and Ryan, or Pickler and Ben, but it's probably the best they could do.

I read that it’s getting lower ratings than The Chew so it might not be around too long.

Maybe they should bring back more soap operas. Seems like this cost cutter measure has been a total failure.

Don't care what it's called, I'm just glad they got rid of that stupid desk.

Depending on who they replace her with. Remember Katie Couric was in for Deborah Norville when Deborah when on maternity leave. Granted I doubt ABC would do that especially with the name change but we won't know for sure until Sara comes back.

I have a few suggestions for who could replace Sara once she goes on maternity leave;

Daphne Oz: How about returning her to her old time slot? Viewers would be familiar with her.
Linzie Janis: Someone already affiliated with ABC News, and her husband is a senior producer there.

Anyone but Carla Hall! She's already temporarilly replaced Wendy Williams on her show.
