It is truly sad that a woman with MS feels the need to do cosmetic surgery to keep up in her industry. She glosses over the MS in her story but I wanted to know why she would having MS do anything to her body that is not needed/natural. We dont know if botox etc could end up down the line making the MS worse ( I dont care if the FDA says its safe call me in 25 years & tell me that). To put that in your body for any women is crazy to me much less when you have something like MS.
Dear Women of the world
Please Dont EVER get cosmetic surgery!!!!!!!!
Too many newswomen have done it & it makes them look off. Also bizarre when anchors at the same station get that same over surgerized look that you can tell they went to the same dr for the same thing ( I wont name names but if you live in NYC hmmmm)
It's sad but it's reality for a good number of the women on TV especially for those in the big markets like NYC/LA and national networks are going to be looking in the rear mirror. I started a post on women who were there for a decade on their stations (nationally though some people posted local talent)
viewtopic.php?f=14&t=233513Not many people will last that long either they get burnt out, want to try/do something different, closer to home, want to be stay at home moms, among other reasons. For those who stay, I'm sure they're worried some younger/good looking person will take their job and they feel they need to do anything possible to keep their job.
