Carley in for Jillian this morning. It must be really upsetting for Heather Childers, a more experienced anchor to still be stuck on the 4am shift when young Carley is getting the slightly more high profile shift?

Heather is putting a brave face on it but the 4 a.m. shift signals she is being phased out by FNC
She just turned 49 and she rarely fills in on the daytime or weekend shows anymore
Sad to see but Heather has a good life
She lives in a NYC high rise and her s.o. is a doctor
BTW, Jillian is out because she was celebrating the Eagles victory

So sad to say but totally agree with Sparty's assessment. She is better than a lot of them they show off.

Heather has the best legs in the business and is a decent anchor. While I also like Jillian and Carley, Heather has all that experience which is being under used.

Clearly, Heather reads the writing on the wall. She's made some fairly biting comments on social media since bumping to the earlier a.m. slot. Can't say I blame her, but so it goes on national network TV.

Her Twitter post says a lot and is totally true. Nothing to loose in saying it.

Heather is worth getting up at 4am Eastern just to see her. Not so bad on the west coast where you can have a late night and watch Heather and then Jillian then go to bed if you're an insomniac.
