I'm wouldn't be surprise if ESPN does allow one of the ladies (I hoping) from Bristol to DWTS. One, if they use an anchor from Bristol like say Jaymee or Lindsay. They could do the show from LA, Lindsay more likely because of the hours. Two, ESPN is losing subscribers in an alarming rate so why not have one of you're biggest stars do the show?

Lets look at it from a real perspective.

Look how much time Ginger missed from GMA with DWTS.

Why would ANY other media company let a star female talent miss that much time to help ABC?

Also NO CHANCE ABC would promote a Today show or other morning show person on GMA (DWTS coverage is a mainstay on GMA).

Before you say Fox let Geraldo do it, Geraldo is in his own world & does what he wants & is not a major player at Fox.

Lara has the advantage of ABC & having already knowing what it will entail & would have no problem taking time off.

Yes AMY also fits the bill & would be great ( & no knock at all since both are amazing & sweet & look better in person ) But I have been a Lara fan since her local news days so way longer than Amy.

You could sneak Paula or Sara in as well but I just have a sweet spot for Lara so she is my hope ( & does anyone remember when she did award show coverage with pat o'brien & some of those Plunging Dresses she wore :shock:

I would be surprised if ABC would go to GMA twice in a row unless they had a very good reason to promote that show again over other shows they have.

To promote one of their own people and his/her show. That might more than make up for "helping" ABC.

One reason why ABC won't choose someone on a competing show. It would force GMA to keep mentioning the person and the show and even have them on GMA.

Geraldo is such a nobody at FNC that it's practically a case of "he still works at Fox?" Andrea Tantaros would be a great choice because it's likely that she'll be gone from FNC with plenty of time before DWTS starts up again in September and she's well known.[/quote]

Even though ESPN is under the Disney umbrella like ABC I'm sure they will take the risk. I hearing that their losing subscribers in an alarming rate. Why not have Hannah Storm dance? or Lindsay? or Sarah? Jaymee? Jade? Their talent pool is deep.
