34MB
2m 20s
DiVX, .avi

I've got the full interview uploading, too, but it's having trouble verifying with Mediafire. Its ultimate arrival is up in the air at this point.

Is the interview under the 100MB limit? I've had problems with verifying before, but when I try again it usually goes through.

Well mediafire is a nice service although it can be very slow at certain times.
The main problem i have with it it that files will vanish for no reason at times.
And when you are dealing with 8 part rar files and one is missing very few people will upload the whole thing again .
It's probably the best "Free" service around but us cappers really need the reliability of rapidshare .
There is no point system for mediafire either like RS

Yeah, I like Mediafire "all of a sudden" even thought I've always liked it. I usually post on Rapidshare, too, giving two download links, but I was having trouble uploading last night so Rapidshare didn't make the cut.

Yes, I uploaded the 74MB file twice and it didn't verify either time.

Thanks for the post. I'm having trouble with mediafire. Everytime I click "download file" it tries to load the video on the browser instead of giving me the option to download. and I can't use the "save target to" option either. Any suggestions?

It's those stupid ads under the download link. I keep clicking DL, close the WMP and then refresh the link. After 5 times doing this, I get a clean DL with "save target to" option. This never happened a month ago with the ads there but I think Mediafire is under pressure with costs so they keep showing the ads as much as possible. :?

I dont get any of those annoying ads,but i use FireFox with the no/script add on which stops scripts being run globally, hence stpping all the background ads from 2nd base domains :D

note the pic you`ll see the extra domains trying to run which i have blocked,
Makes surfing much safer :D

I agree too Kitt
Ive noticed im lucky to get more than 280k a second whereas on RS i get 760k a sec all the time,

Mediafire is good, very good,i have an account that has generated over 600gb of traffic and the files are all still there, although i use it less and less now because of the slow d/l` speeds and they also limit my upload to 250k from 500k so uploading takes forever!
But its the best alternative to RS :D
