As much as I love the tease she does show and the suggestion she gives to make our immaginations run wild, I don't think she showed anything more than is seen in the video. Otherwise the video camera would have been showing her 'girls' in thier glory instead of down on the crowd.
But even the suggestion of her letting 'them' loose is enough to make the blood drain away from the brain.

Great, accidental optical illusion in this one frame.

After some careful examination, I think you may be wrong, Malone...and lateapex too.
I don't think that was any optical illusion.

Pretty obvious that Carrie was letting the girls out to play there...Definitely full exposure (o)(o)
Only two questions is:
Why was the cameraperson stupid enough to pan away too soon, and is it possible that anyone
in the crowd below managed to capture the moment from the front and be willing to share?

Upon closer frame-by-frame inspection, pacificRT is correct: she is flashing the crowd "like it's 1999." The champagne blood level must have clouded my judgement early this morning... yeah, that's the ticket.

Carrie does have a lot to carry there.

After further review, the breasts in question are not Carrie's:

Hmm -- saw her denial a while ago, too.
At first, I was smelling some damage control, but she also posted another clip that shows her and
a Katy Perry-lookalike friend standing to her left, with Carrie being the one holding the camera. Looks like it was shot
about the same time the other video was.

And yes, her friend's jacket seems to match the one the flasher was wearing.
So that may settle it -- Carrie is still pure

But look at this way:

There's also another video where the two briefly kiss as the ball drops.

Guess I was wrong about the boobs in question not getting naked but I was right about Carrie being a big tease in trying to make us think it was her doing the flashing... at first and then she got the fun of telling us it wasn't really her doing it.
But nice set of knockers on her friend. ( Y )
