| Its seems that age old program is still running in the background. You need to make sure the program has been stopped. Try what Cobra said by booting the computer up in "Safe Mode". You get there by clicking on F8 constantly as the computer boots up. Once you get to the screen that allows ... |

| When the ladies are showing jewelry, they never have their wedding rings on so customers don't call in asking can I get that item the host is wearing. This I think also goes along when a host hosts a non-jewelry show an hour before a jewelry as well. |

| I know what you mean. I have been recording my DVR to my DVD through a Line 1 input into the DVD recorder. I can't think of the exact hookups off the top of my head. I'll have to check my set up to tell you how to hook yourself up. |
